Facing issues with departments

SAL

I need help for a colleague of mine.

She is handling operations and faces a lot of issues with legal dept. as well as labor dept. She needs to get out of this vicious cycle.

Also, her staff has formed a union with political party now. They are threatening the organization with undue demands.
