Have full monetary reimbursement

I am currently on medical leave and will be assessed by a board of doctors very soon whether I am fit to work. I am no longer interested in working.

What can I recite or do so that all my financial claims are agreed to &the medical interview goes easy.

As I will no longer be employed, I would like to have full monetary reimbursement as I have been working for more than 30 years.
